विगत वर्षों की भांति इस वर्ष भी विश्व आयुर्वेद परिषद की तरफ से कामदगिरि महर्षि वाल्मिकी वनांचल आयुर्वेद स्वास्थ्य सेवा यात्रा 09 जुलाई से 12 जुलाई 2026 तक चित्रकूट एवं कामदगिरि के निकट के वनवासी क्षेत्रों मे आयोजित है।

MARMAS ARE PRANA – ENERGY O F HUMAN BODY.
Marmas are vital points of the human body and are considered the seats of Prana (life energy). I n other words, the Prana of the human body is believed to
reside within the Marmas. The normal and balanced state o f Marmas sustains life,while injury, dysfunction, or abnormal stimulation of these vital points may result in severe pain, disability, paralysis (partial or complete), o r even death.
According to Ayurveda, Marma is a vital anatomical site where muscles (Mamsa), blood vessels (Sira), nerves (Snayu), bones (Asthi), and joints (Sandhi) converge.
